I’ve been on the martial arts path since I was 9 years old.
At 15, I earned my black belt in American Karate—and immediately stepped into my first role as an instructor. What started as a job quickly became a calling. For the next seven years, I lived in the dojo: teaching classes, mentoring students, running camps, and helping people grow both on and off the mat.
After a short break, I returned to Georgia with a renewed focus—continuing to train, teach, and expand my knowledge across multiple disciplines. I started diving into the world of health and fitness by working as a Personal Trainer at Crunch. All the while I continued to work as a Taekwondo and Karate instructor. When I wasn't training students or clients, you could find me either studying to deepen my understanding of the human body and exercise methods or training on the mat in Yoshukai or Shotokan karate.
Currently my goals are to become Yoga certified and level 6 Muy Thai certified.
Martial arts isn’t just about techniques—it’s about understanding why they work.
My coaching blends:
Traditional martial arts (kata, discipline, structure)
Practical self-defense applications
Strength and conditioning
Modern training science
Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced martial artist, my goal is simple:
help you move better, get stronger, and become more confident—inside and outside of training.
I’m not just teaching classes—I’m building something bigger.
The long-term vision is a hybrid martial arts academy and training facility:
a place where you can train like an athlete, learn like a martial artist, and grow like a student of the craft.
As I continue advancing toward black belt in Shotokan and Yoshukai Karate, I’m also expanding into new areas like grappling, mobility, and performance training—so my students always get a complete system.
If you’re ready to take your training seriously—whether that’s martial arts, fitness, or both—you’re in the right place.

Not at all. Each program is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a returning martial artist, you’ll be guided through each step.
Yes! Both the Fearless Taekwondo and Kandaryu programs offer belt progression. You’ll submit videos for review and receive personalized feedback — plus a certificate of achievement upon passing each level. However, a gi/belt will need to be purchased separately. We only ship out custom black belts upon passing your first degree.
You can either test live via Zoom, submit a video unlisted on YouTube or through email. In person testing is available if you are in the Atlanta area.
The minimum requirement for all colored belts are at least a month (unless you have previous experience).
If you’re starting from scratch, Kandaryu and Fearless Taekwondo are 18 month programs.
Of course! Simply submit the video requirements for each belt rank and I will examine and let you progress through whatever rank is needed at a faster rate. It is important to know since Kandaryu is such a unique blend of Okinawan and Japanese traditional karate, and has a substantial amount of material to cover, we usually don’t allow advancement past Purple Belt.
It’s a custom kata-based system created by Sensei Stann — a fusion of Okinawan Shorin Ryu, Shotokan and Yoshukai karate that honors traditional forms while evolving through history and practice. The name comes from the Irukanada vine that is native to Okinawa and can be found growing in Japan as well. Thus, this style honors the ever evolving path of martial arts while still honoring the roots.
You’ll learn both original Okinawan kata and modern Japanese versions as well as the history and applications.
You’ll receive workout programs and nutrition guidance perfectly tailored to your individual needs and goals. Clients I have will have access to my number, email and Zoom. I want to be by your side at every step motivating and checking in. It’s 100% flexible to your goals, and can be purely fitness, fight-focused, or both.
For most lessons, you only need comfortable clothes and enough space to move. A mat is helpful, and for MMA coaching, small dumbbells or resistance bands may be recommended — but I’ll guide you through everything.
As a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, I can help you modify movements and build a program that works for your body. Just let me know during sign-up.
